I Need To Reschedule

6/2/23, 8:15 AM

I get it! But...

Rescheduling can result in having your appointment being pushed out 4-6 weeks depending on how soon the notice is.
Client is required to give a 72 hour notice for standard tattoo appointments.
All day appointments require to give a week's notice (7 days).

Deposits are honored as long as you give a 72 hour notice you are unable to make it to the appointment.
Notifying 24-48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment will result an additional re-booking fee of $20 (this is not a deposit).

Day of notice will result in losing deposit and will have to pay another full deposit to reschedule.

Any cancellations, the deposit is forfeited.

Deposits cannot be exchanged or transferred to another potential client. They will need to make their OWN appointment and pay their OWN deposits. No exceptions.

If you reschedule more than 3x, you will lose your deposit and potentially the opportunity to reschedule.

Please respect my time and effort with appointments. Notifying me last minute puts my work on pause and is unfair to other clients who also want to get tattooed. I understand emergency situations and this will be a case by case. But please understand the sooner you tell me, the easier it is for me to re-book that time slot. Which is why I will be implementing a re-booking fee of $20 for "last minute notices" (24-48 hrs) .
This fee retains your original deposit without having to repay another deposit to reschedule. Failing to pay the fee, I will assume you are forfeiting your deposit and no longer requesting a reschedule.
