WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SCHEDULE WITH YOU?

Hello! To receive priority booking opportunities, sign up for my newsletter to be notified first when Books are Open. I typically book 2-3 three month increments. I don't book outside of these premises. If you subscribe, then you will know the date(s). 

- When my books are Open, there will be a form that you will have to fill out with specific information that I send directly to your email thru the newsletter. I don't book outside of this form. 

- Book are closed when the Booking Period has passed. You will have to wait for an open Cancellation Dates* or the Next Booking Period. 

*I don't have a waitlist. I only have a Cancellation Dates page on my website that is password protected and only given to Newsletter subscribers.

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO RESPOND TO EMAILS OR DM'S ?

The amount of time it takes to respond to emails can vary. Depending on the amount of submissions I receive on Booking Days. But I do my best to answer everyone but sometimes emails can slip thru the cracks. Try emailing me again if you are waiting on a response. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

CAN I SEE MY DRAWING BEFORE THE TATTOO APPOINTMENT?

I usually draw 1-2 days before the tattoo appointment date. This helps me keep my appointments organized since I typically tattoo about 15-20 people a week. This means you won't see your drawing till the time of the appointment. If there are minor changes, we can make those. A lot of changes may result in rescheduling the appointment.

In order to avoid confusion, please be as clear and concise as possible when explaining details about your future tattoo.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Single-session projects based on my current hourly ($160/hr). It is difficult to give an accurate quote for larger work.

My minimum is $120 (2"x2" or less).

Is there Parking? - There is very limited parking in the front. But you can do on-street parking on W. Hunt Ave, W Fine Ave, or N. Beaver St. (a one-way).  Just don't block fire lanes, parking entrances, fire hydrants, etc.

DEPOSITS?

I require a non-refundable deposit. This amount will be $60.  

Once a date is settled on, I will send a deposit invoice to your provided email.

The deposit goes toward the cost of the tattoo and solidifies your tattoo appointment. 

Deposits must be paid within 3 days max from time received.

Deposits will be FORFEITED:

  • If you cancel your appointment

  • If you No call/No show

  •  Please give a 72 hour notice in order for the deposit to be honored. A re-booking fee of $20 will be implemented Jan 1st, 2024 if not given proper notice.  

  • If you reschedule more than 3x, you will lose your deposit and potentially the opportunity to reschedule. ​

  • Deposits cannot be exchanged or transferred to another potential client. They will need to make their OWN appointment and pay their OWN deposits. No exceptions. 

*Any large scale work requiring an all day appointment (noon-8pm) will be subject to a $100-$150 deposit.

*No Call/No Shows will be not be considered for future booking opportunities.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

I require a 72 hour notice for standard tattoo appointments. All day appointments need a week notice (7 days)

  • Deposits are honored as long as you give a 72 hour notice you are unable to make it to the appointment. 

  • Failing to notify (72 hour notice) will result an additional re-booking fee of $20 (this is not a deposit) starting Jan 1st 2024. 

  • Any cancellations, the deposit is forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable. 

  • Deposits cannot be exchanged or transferred to another potential client. They will need to make their OWN appointment and pay their OWN deposits. No exceptions.

  • If you reschedule more than 3x, you will lose your deposit and potentially the opportunity to reschedule.

  • Rescheduling can result in having your appointment being pushed out 4-6 weeks depending on how soon the notice is. 

 

Please respect my time and effort with appointments. Notifying me last minute puts my work on pause and is unfair to other clients who also want to get tattooed. I understand emergency situations and this will be a case by case. But please understand the sooner you tell me, the easier it is for me to re-book that time slot. Which is why I will be implementing a re-booking fee of $20 for last minute notices - starting Jan 1st 2024.​ This fee retains your original deposit without having to repay another deposit to reschedule. Failing to pay the fee, I will assume you are forfeiting your deposit and no longer requesting a reschedule.  

PAYMENT TYPES

  • Remaining $ amount for the tattoo is due at the end of the appointment. 

  • I accept cash & card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, & AMERICAN EXPRESS)

  • Card payments have a 3.1% transaction fee.

  • Tattoo Deposit Invoices will be the only online payment. 

I CANNOT TATTOO YOU IF:

  • I cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • I cannot tattoo you if you are under the age of 18 years old.

  • If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • If you are sunburnt or have damaged skin.
